Short Description:

FX-39G is a blocked polyisocyanate compound used to improve the wash resistance of various functional additives containing active hydrogen groups
When the heat treatment temperature exceeds 120 ℃, cross-linking and curing can be achieved
It can effectively improve the washing resistance of waterproof agent lotion
No adverse effects on the texture, color shade, and color fastness of the fabric
The working fluid has good stability and is easy to use

USAGE

Mixing with waterproofing agent:
The amount of FX-39G added is 10-30% of the amount of waterproofing agent used.
One bath method: immersion rolling working fluid (bridging agent+waterproofing agent) → drying (110 ℃) → baking/shaping (C: 160 ℃ × 2 min);
T/C: 170~180 ℃ × 30~60 sec).
Mixing with functional additives:
The amount of FX-39G added is 20~40% of the amount of functional additives used.
Dip rolling working fluid (bridging agent+functional additive) → drying (100 ℃) → shaping (120-150 ℃ × 40 seconds).

Note:

Compatibility must be confirmed in advance before combining with other additives;
When there are residual hydrophilic substances on the processed fabric, it will affect the finishing effect, and it must be cleaned thoroughly before finishing;
To avoid affecting the finishing effect, the fabric must be fully baked during finishing;
Please use up the working fluid containing waterproofing agent and compounding agent within 12 hours, and use the working fluid that has been left for a long time before reuse
Stability and performance must be confirmed before use.
