Short Description:

FX-P13 is a water-based stable cross-linking agent
Can improve the water and oil repellent effect of fluorocarbon products

1.The water-washing resistance can be fully improved after curing into a film

2.While increasing the number of washable times, the waterproof and oil-proof effects are also simultaneously increased

3.Does not change the feel of the fabric itself and does not cause problems such as increased yellowing

4.The baking temperature can be reduced to 120℃~140℃

Product Tags

Characteristics：

Appearance: Milky white to yellowish liquid
Solid content :12±1%
Ionicity: weak cation
PH value: 4~6
Viscosity (25℃): <150 cps
Solubility: Dissolvable in cold water, do not stir vigorously

Reference Dosage：

Adding amount: 0.5~2% used in the same bath as waterproofing agent
Normally setting temperature is 170℃, after adding this product, the setting temperature can be 120℃~140℃

Precautions：

Packaging and storage
Packaging: 25KG plastic drum, 60KG plastic drum

Storage: Indoor 5-30℃, avoid freezing, heat and foreign substances

Shelf life: 6 months from the production date of the product, provided the product fully complies with the requirements in the “Storage” clause above and is handled properly. Products older than 6 months must be tested before use to confirm whether they still meet the set values of the characteristic values.
