Application

1.Make sure whether M-400 is completely dissolved or not. It will get freeze if stored below 15℃.fill warm water in the sink for heating to completely dissolve M-400 before use. Dilute 1 part of M-400 with 4-20 parts of diluent. N-decane or D40 and any other petroleum solvents(boiling point 150-200℃) can be chosen as diluent.

2.Completely drying the substrates and coat the prepared solution uniformly at the ratio of 200k/ ㎡on the surface of the substrates at the home temperature. Depending on different kinds of substrates, wipe it after coating 10 minutes if it’s necessary. you may need to repeat the trial for 2-3 times based on different mold materials to achieve the best effect

3.Wait until it is completely dry before the next operation.

Storage

Store at low temperature(below 15℃)  there  may occur sedimentation. it’s not abnormal ,operated by heating and mixing to recover the use mode .If confirm there is coacervation  and  sedimentation when open the seal ,use warm water to heat and stir completely until the liquid is uniformly transparent.

1. Please store it at airy place.

2.Completely ventilated while using(ventilation installation for local)

3.Caution eyes, skin and vapour. Please wear protective glasses, gloves and masks.

4.It’s combustible chemical, please comply with relevant regulation when using and storing.

5.M-400 is the second category of petroleum in the fourth category of dangerous goods.

6.For storing keep, the seal and the cover should be sealed tightly to avoid evaporate and impurities.
